We value our employees and want to ensure that they continue to work with us for as long as possible. Other companies have a high turnover, replacing most of their guide staff every few years. At Ocoee outdoors we find and train quality professionals who tend to come back every season to work with us. Of course, all of our guides are CPR and First Aid Certified and each trip has at least one Wilderness First Responder along.
